We only accept returns that were purchased via this website. tinhaul.com will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.
If you receive an item that is damaged or differs from what you ordered, please contact customer service immediately.
You must ship your return using a trackable shipping method. tinhaul.com cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
- RMA requests to our Customer Service must be within 30 days of the original delivery.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION # FROM US.
- From your box packing slip, get your Order # or Shipment #.

As soon as we receive and process your return we will email a confirmation to the email address you provided on your original order. Note, if there is a refund due, this refund will be noted in your email confirmation and typically shows up on your credit card account within 5-6 business days (depending on your credit card) or by your next credit card statement.
STEP 2: Write the RMA number on the outside of your box and on your packing slip.
Put the return item(s) in the box along with your packing slip.

STEP 4: Processing of the Return
Allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be processed. This takes in consideration the transit time of the return package back to us, a full warehouse inspection of the returned item(s) and credit processing of your return paperwork. As soon as your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation.
